Accessing Printer Meter Readings

We have compiled some instructions below that outline how you can locate the current meter readings on your device.

Bizhub

The steps to access the meter readings on the Bizhub C3850 are:

  1. Press Menu
  2. Press Utility
  3. Select User Settings
  4. Printer Settings
  5. Select Counter

The steps to access the meter readings on the Bizhub C284, C308 are:

  1. Press Menu
  2. Select Counter
  3. Select Print Count List

The steps to access the meter readings on the Bizhub B554, C224, C364 are:

  1. Press Menu
  2. Select Counter
  3. Select Page A4
  4. Press Start

The steps to access the meter readings on the Bizhub C203, C280, C452 are:

  1. Press Utility
  2. Select Check Details
  3. Select Print Counter List

The steps to access the meter readings on all Canon devices are:

  1. Press the 123 button on the control panel
  2. Counter List will appear
  3. Press 2 to print

Lexmark

The steps to access the meter readings on all Lexmark devices are:

  1. Press Menu
  2. Select Reports
  3. Select Device Statistics

Riso

The steps to access the meter readings on the Riso CZ100, EZ201 are:

  1. Open the Front Door
  2. Two Counters will Appear

The steps to access the meter readings on the Riso SF5030E are:

  1. Hold the Yellow button
  2. Two Counters will Appear

Samsung

The steps to access the meter readings on the Samsung M4080 are:

  1. Press the Counter button above the keyboard
  2. Press Print

The steps to access the meter readings on the Samsung CLX6260, M4070 are:

  1. Press Menu
  2. Select System Set Up
  3. Select Reports
  4. Select Usage Counter
  5. Print Reports

The steps to access the meter readings on the Samsung C3060, 6260 are:

  1. Press Setup (on the screen)
  2. Press Next (top right of screen)
  3. Select Reports
  4. Select Usage Counter
  5. Print Reports

The steps to access the meter readings on the Samsung M5360 are:

  1. Press Settings
  2. Select Management
  3. Select Reports
  4. Select Usage Counter
  5. Print

The steps to access the meter readings on the Samsung M4020 are:

  1. Press Menu
  2. Press OK
  3. Select Usage Counter
  4. Print

  1. Press Counter on the Screen
  2. Select Print (top right of screen)
