How to activate print management software

We require you to run the print management software on your devices in the local office.

The best place to run the software is on a Windows Server. If you don’t have one available, you can install it on your workstations.

Due to the nature of workstations not being online 24/7, we recommend that you install the software on multiple workstations to ensure that we receive notifications in a timely manner. It’s always a good idea to prioritise desktops that run all the time over laptops.

Where can I download the software?

You may have received an email from us with your unique download link to the software for Windows. If you do not have this available, or would like another version of the software, please contact us on 021 180 2225.

We also have software that can run on MacOS and Linux. If you prefer not to run the software on your devices, you can purchase a local print management device that runs on-site.

What are the costs?

CBA Central covers all the associated licensing costs.

We are providing the software to our customers at no additional cost to ensure that you receive the best service possible, in a timely manner.
